Book your stay in 3 easy steps!
1. Request Dates
Please fill out the contact form (under "Reservation Info") with the dates you are interested in staying at Jungle Creek and what villa you would like to stay in. You will receive an email or phone call regarding the availability of your dates and answering all your questions. Please let us know how many people will be travelling with you as well.
NOTE: During the "High Season" we require a 3-night minimum stay and 2-night minimum stay for the "Green Season" and "Mid-Season". "PEAK Season" requires a 6-night minimum"

2. Deposit
To confirm your reservation we require a 50%deposit at time of booking and the balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. You do also have the option to pay the full amount at the time of booking. During "peak seasons" you are required to pay "in-full" at time of reservation.

3. Confirmation
Once your deposit is made you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details, directions to Jungle Creek, and a detailed itinerary for your transportation, tours and other activities you wish to schedule before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, we will refund your deposit if the cancellation is 60 days prior to your check-in date. If it is within 60 days
the payment can be refunded if we end up booking your dates with another guest. During the "peak-season" there are no refunds unless we are able to fill the dates.
Large groups (entire property) are required to give cancellation notice 4 months in advance in order to be eligible for a refund.
A nominal administration fee may be applied.
